• Customers place orders through the Farm To You website.
• You'll receive a summary of your orders, generate shipping labels, if needed.
• You prepare and drop off the orders at the designated location or arrange pickup, depending on your delivery plan.

• Vendors are paid weekly, typically within 5–7 days of product delivery. You'll receive a detailed sales report and payment via your preferred method (direct deposit, check, etc.). This uses existing(or newly set up) connections with Stripe or Square.

We charge a modest commission on each sale to cover platform maintenance, marketing, and coordination. Details are discussed during onboarding and vary slightly depending on your business needs. You will get an itemized report of the fees based on services used.

Yes. You maintain full control over your product pricing.

No minimums are required. You can offer as little or as much as you’d like. We encourage consistency to help build your customer base.

We welcome a variety of producers, including:

• Farmers growing any commodity
• Ranchers, Dairies, Poultry producers, Fisheries, etc.
• Artisans and other value added producers
• Local businesses who buy and promote farm-direct goods and ingredients: restaurants, bakeries, breweries, distilleries, shops, etc.

No problem! In your shop settings we have an easy “Go to Vacation Mode” button you can turn on at any time.

In your Producer Portal we have an easy “producer service” button that helps you connect with us. And we’re happy to help!
